About Bella Rose Arts Centre

Welcome to Bella Rose Arts Centre, a multi-purpose rental venue housed inside Halifax West High School. With a total capacity of the best available price seats and a performance space measuring approximately 34 feet wide by 23 feet deep, BRAC offers a solid stage for a wide range of performances—from theatre and dance to concerts and special events. Formerly known as Theatre Halifax, the venue was renamed in 2007 after a major donation, reflecting its ongoing community focus and support from the arts scene in Halifax.
