Belmont County-style efficiency meets campus charm at Bellevue College. The Gary F. Locke Ballroom—formerly known as the U Building Ballroom—offers flexible configurations to fit your program. Parking permits are required for on-campus parking 24/7, with visitor permits available online or at meters. The campus also offers a Transportation Desk and ORCA transit subsidies for students and employees, helping your attendees move with ease. As the campus expands with the W Building project (ribbon-cut Fall 2026, full operation early 2027), the surrounding facilities will enhance accessibility and options for larger events.

For larger events or overflow needs, nearby hotels provide convenient lodging and additional ballrooms. Hilton Bellevue features the Grand Ballroom accommodating up to 950 seated guests (and about 1,200 for receptions), Hyatt Regency Bellevue offers a Grand Ballroom up to ~1,900 in theater style, and Courtyard Seattle Bellevue/Downtown provides smaller meeting spaces.
