Blue Water Grill in Newport Beach is a versatile event venue offering multiple private spaces, flexible seating, and convenient amenities to make gatherings easy and memorable. Note: The original New York City Blue Water Grill closed in 2019. The current active venue in Newport Beach continues the brand’s spirit of classic dining and event-friendly spaces, tailored for groups of various sizes.

Seating and private spaces at Blue Water Grill Newport Beach vary by configuration. The Patio accommodates up to 70 seated, the Main Dining Room seats up to 50, and the Captain’s Cabin seats up to 26. Spaces can be reserved individually or combined depending on your event setup. On-site amenities include Dock & Dine, valet parking, and access to nearby Balboa Peninsula free trolley service on weekends during summer. Nearby accommodations make planning easier for out-of-town guests, with Balboa Bay Resort and Lido House Newport Beach just a short drive away.   • Metropolis Oyster Room and Cocktail Bar within the NYC Blue Water Grill offered live jazz events prior to closure.
  • Current active Bluewater Grill location for events: Newport Beach, CA at 630 Lido Park Drive; private dining rooms available (Dock & Dine, valet parking) and multiple spaces for events.
