Bottle Tree Cafe was a unique Birmingham venue operating from November 9, 2006 to March 31, 2015. Nestled at 3719 3rd Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35222, it blended a bar, restaurant, nightclub and community arts space into one intimate setting with a capacity of about 75 guests. Though the venue is now closed and the building later became Saigon Noodle House under Fresh Hospitality, Bottle Tree left a lasting imprint on Birmingham’s music and arts scene, including notable events featuring Rogue Wave and Band of Horses, and serving as backstage catering for City Stages in 2009.
