Welcome to Burning Coal Theatre Company's venue page for the Murphey School Auditorium, known as the Meeker Stage, in downtown Raleigh. This historic space seats about 140 in a theatre configuration, with banquet or reception setups up to 150. All seating is general admission—first-come, first-served—so arrive early to secure preferred spots. The Meeker Stage is part of the Murphey School complex, still active and hosting a range of performances from Red Pitch and My Fair Lady to KidsWrite Festival and other special productions.
