Capitol Mall is a public outdoor space in downtown Austin, adjacent to the Texas Capitol at 1100 Congress Ave. While the Capitol Mall Amphitheater has hosted outdoor concerts in the past, the site is not currently programmed for events by the State Preservation Board. Event requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
