The complex now comprises The Signal Concert Hall, The Gardens event space, and The Hotel Chalet—each offering unique settings for concerts, weddings, galas, and special events. In 2023, The Signal moved to the Chattanooga Choo Choo Convention Center within the complex, continuing its tradition of hosting national tours and dynamic events.
