Important note: seating configurations vary by event. The arena is 42,000 square feet and can be rented as a whole or in sections, with bleachers added as needed. Hall capacities are listed as Hall 1 (764) and Hall 2 (182) and Hall 3 (182), but a public, fixed seating chart isn’t published due to event-by-event customization.
Newly branded as the Cleveland County Event Center following ARPA-funded renovations completed in September 2025, the venue now emphasizes flexible spaces, on-site parking, and a welcoming gateway to Norman’s vibrant events calendar.
Parking is free on the fairgrounds, with an on-site RV park that’s first-come, first-served and equipped with electric, water and sewer hookups. For those driving in, additional nearby parking is available. In Norman, transit is easy and affordable thanks to EMBARK Norman’s fare-free fixed-route buses, including five local routes and a commuter line to Oklahoma City. Norman On-Demand service is also available for flexible travel.
