Seating, Parking & Venue Information
- Grand Hall at Copper Station (East Village) is 5,750 sq ft and can host up to about 800 guests for receptions (800 year-round; up to ~1,500 in summer for certain configurations).
- West Hall A/B (Copper Mountain) is a smaller space at 930 sq ft with seating for about 60 people.
- Copper Conference Center is the resort’s large, year-round meeting space (combined spaces total 16,000 sq ft) with large-format capacity for theater, banquet, and classroom setups; largest stated banquet capacity is up to 770 (summer) / 450 (year-round).
- Jack’s Banquet Hall (Copper One Lodge) is 6,900 sq ft with banquet seating up to ~400, classroom up to 250, and cocktail/standing capacity around 600.
- Parking: Free Alpine and Far East lots; paid lots include Ten Mile, Chapel, Union Creek, Beeler, Wheeler, and Triple Treat lots.
- Transit: The resort operates a free Copper Coach shuttle inside the property; Summit County’s Summit Stage serves the area for broader public transit.
- Nearby hotels: Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain (onsite meeting space available) and Copper Mountain Inn are among lodging options close to the venues.
