- Primary on-site event spaces and capacities: Mountaineer Square Grand Ballroom up to 300; Ten Peaks up to 180; Red Lady Stage & Lawn up to 500 standing; Butte 66 interior dining up to 100.
- On-mountain venues include Ten Peaks (Umbrella Bar) and a tented on-site space, suitable for group dinners and receptions.
- Parking: Base area parking in the Main Lot at 32 Emmons Road; Mountaineer Square Parking Garage at 620 Gothic Road.
- Transit: Mountain Express provides free shuttle service around Crested Butte; First Tracks App offers on-demand rides in Mt. Crested Butte.
