Dock X is a flexible, blank-canvas, multi-use warehouse and special event venue located at Unit 1 Canada Water Retail Park, Surrey Quays Rd, London SE16 2XU. Since opening in 2019, it has hosted high-profile activations and large-scale events, offering customizable layouts to suit concerts, exhibitions, galas, and corporate gatherings. With easy access, ample on-site parking, and proximity to Canary Wharf hotels and dining, Dock X makes it simple to plan a standout event without the fuss.

The venue offers on-site parking plus additional paid parking nearby, and is a quick two-minute walk to Canada Water station (Jubilee Line and London Overground) for easy public transport access. Officially active under Broadwick/Venue Lab, Dock X continues to host major brand activations and ticketed events, including collaborations with Timeout and Deliveroo.
