Geography and layout: Located at 5555 N River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018, the center comprises six halls (A, B, C, D, F, G) with varying sizes and capabilities. Level 1 features 26,000 sq ft of conference space, Level 2 adds 66,000 sq ft, and a 30,000 sq ft lobby ties the floors together. Ceiling heights range from 16 to 26 feet with floor loads suitable for most exhibits (note: Hall G has its own load specifications).
Parking is convenient with an on-site, skybridge-connected garage offering substantial capacity (up to 8,000 vehicles). The standard parking rate is the best available price for 24 hours. For transit, Pace and CTA options are readily accessible, including the Rosemont Blue Line station. The Pace 811 Entertainment Circulator and other Pace routes connect visitors to the Rosemont Transit Center and nearby rail links, making it easier to reach events without driving. When staying locally, there are several nearby hotels within Rosemont that cater to event attendees: Aloft Chicago O’Hare, Best Western at O’Hare, Chicago Marriott Suites O’Hare, and Westin O’Hare.
