Note: The property is currently branded as DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park Resort. Historical references may show “at SeaWorld,” but there has been no demolition. The Palms Conference Center includes these ballrooms plus multiple smaller rooms, expanding the total indoor/outdoor event space to about 100,000 sq ft after a 2017 expansion. Self-parking is available at the best available price, and valet parking is not offered. A free scheduled shuttle operates to SeaWorld, Walt Disney World, and Universal, making it easy to combine meetings with leisure time. Nearby hotels include Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld and Rosen Centre (connected to the OCCC), offering convenient options for attendees.
