With a 190' x 85' ice surface and a heated spectator viewing gallery, the arena provides standing-room seating around the ice for up to 1,000 attendees on the floor slab during special events. There are no fixed arena seats around the perimeter, so guests can enjoy a flexible, close-up viewing experience. The venue operates primarily during the ice season from October through March, while the non-ice season is used for ball hockey and a variety of other functions.
