Welcome to the Exchange Event Centre, a versatile 3.5-acre venue in McGregor, Texas designed to host a wide range of events—from corporate conferences to private rentals and fundraisers. With a Main Hall and the Cavitt Caufield Center, plus future expansions like an Open-Air Pavilion and Jail House, this space is built to scale with your needs. Located at 300 S. Jefferson Avenue, the Exchange Event Centre combines practical layout, robust amenities, and convenient access to parking, transit, and nearby lodging and dining. We’ve got you covered from the moment you start planning to the moment your event ends.

Seating capacity at full use includes 75 round tables (60" each) and 10 eight-foot banquet tables, along with 700 folding chairs. The Main Parking Lot supports current events, with plans for three additional parking lots as part of future expansions. For guests arriving by rail, the nearby Amtrak station (McGregor, 1 Amtrak Blvd) provides a straightforward transit option, while Waco-area transit services offer additional commuting flexibility.

While Exchange Event Centre primarily supports private rentals, corporate events, and fundraisers, it is also available for select group activities by management approval.
