Located at 9901 Discovery Blvd, this multi-venue entertainment campus brings together 2 Silos Brewing Co., The Black Sheep Restaurant, Brentsville Hall for private events, and The Yard—an expansive outdoor stage that hosts weekly concerts, Oktoberfest celebrations, and spectacular New Year’s Eve gatherings. With a campus footprint of roughly 12–21 acres after recent expansions, NOVA LIVE is your reliable spot for memorable live experiences in the Northern Virginia region.

Planning your visit to NOVA LIVE means considering parking, transit, and nearby stays and dining. There’s no general on-site parking for events, so plan to park at George Mason University (Manassas Campus) and take the shuttle that runs 11:00 AM–4:15 PM on event days. ADA parking is limited, so contact us for accessibility options. Nearby lodging options are expanding, with Tempo by Hilton slated for late 2025 and a 100-room hotel approved on campus in 2023 as part of ongoing growth. After your show, explore the campus’ dining at The Black Sheep Restaurant, grab a bite at Brentsville Hall’s events, or sample brews at 2 Silos Brewing Co.
