Welcome to Flying E Ranch, a working cattle ranch and premier event venue nestled about 5 miles west of downtown Wickenburg, Arizona. Our main space, the Flying E Western Pavilion, features an authentic Western streetscape and a versatile layout designed to host large country music gatherings, family celebrations, and corporate events. Whether you’re planning a multi-day PID festival, a club night, or a private affair, we’ve got you covered with practical seating options, on-site lodging, and convenient access for guests traveling from across the state and beyond.

Here’s what to know when you’re planning a visit: seating options include General Admission and VIP Rows 1–2, 3–5, and 6–10 for PID-style events. We offer on-site lodging with 23 rooms and 2 family houses, plus ranch-style accommodations for up to 34+ guests. On-site camping and campground parking make it easy to stay on the property during multi-day events. Getting here is straightforward from Phoenix (about 60 miles), with private flights into Wellik Field in nearby Wickenburg or a short drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor.
