With a flexible general admission lawn standing area of up to around 1,500 for public events and private-event capacity of 500+ standing with VIP booths, it’s a versatile setting for live music, movie nights, sports watch parties, and crawfish boils. The venue features shade structures, a performance stage, lawn games, and no fixed seating, making it ideal for a casual, communal concert experience under the Mississippi sky.

Located at 3025 North State Street, Jackson, MS 39216 (behind The Station), Fondren Yard blends seamlessly with nearby dining, shopping, and nightlife within The Block. Parking is convenient behind Capri at Park Fondren, with the first 15 minutes free and tiered rates after that. For transit, Fondren Yard is served by Jackson’s JTRAN fixed-route buses, with schedules varying by route. The planned ONELINE Bus Rapid Transit will improve corridor service in the future.
