Fort Monroe is a National Monument in Hampton, Virginia, managed by the National Park Service in partnership with the Fort Monroe Authority. The site is known for its preserved history, cultural events, and informative tours rather than large-scale performances. The main visitor hub is the Fort Monroe Visitor & Education Center, while on-site venues include a closed Fort Monroe Theatre and a very small event space at the Former Post Office and Customs House. Note: The Fort Monroe Theatre is currently closed for renovation. For smaller events, the Former Post Office and Customs House offers a compact space with a maximum capacity of 30 people.
