With a flexible 5,500 sq ft footprint and capacity to host up to 350 guests standing, this space is designed to adapt to lectures, showcases, corporate gatherings, film shoots, and more. The private alley for load-in, two green rooms, a CYK wall, a Roll Up Gate, and on-site AV make it easy to bring your project to life with minimal hassle.

Ample free parking after 6:00 pm, parking lots nearby, and optional valet at extra cost make evening arrivals effortless. Outside catering is permitted, power supports a variety of setups with 200 amps main and 50 amp twist-lock, and in-house AV capabilities help you run your program smoothly. We can arrange load-in with a private alley and up to two trucks for certain configurations, and seating is flexible with layouts tailored to your booking.
