The Willoughby Room offers Banquet seating for 130 and up to 175 in both Reception and Theatre configurations. Additional ballrooms and River Rooms increase capacity for gatherings of different sizes. Self-parking is complimentary, with a Park & Fly option for travelers; valet parking is not offered. The property features a complimentary airport shuttle (2 miles to Norfolk International Airport) and nearby public transit via HRT Route 15. A free Base Express shuttle serves naval base personnel in the area.
