Welcome to the Kaseya Center Parking Lots page. Located at 601 Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami, this multi‑purpose arena is home to the Miami Heat and hosts world‑class concerts and events. Note: The arena has undergone renaming from American Airlines Arena to FTX Arena and finally to Kaseya Center in April 2023. It remains a premier venue for sports and entertainment in downtown Miami.

Parking — The on-site parking facility offers 939 spaces managed by ParkJockey. If you’re driving, plan for gate 4 valet and note that several adjacent lots have been eliminated due to development. Always allow extra time for parking during peak event periods.

Seating — The arena is a multi‑purpose space with a basketball capacity of 19,600 and an approximate concert capacity of 20,021. For specific seating details, refer to your event listing to identify your seat (great seats) and section (the section you want).

Transit — The venue is accessible via the Miami Metrorail at Government Center, with a free transfer to the Metromover Omni Loop. Several nearby Metromover stops are within walking distance, making getting to and from the arena convenient without a car.

Nearby hotels — For easy stays, consider YVE Hotel Miami (about 0.3 miles), Holiday Inn Port of Miami‑Downtown (about 0.3 miles), and InterContinental Miami (about 0.6 miles). We highlight affiliate partners for great rates and convenient booking options.
