About Little Boy Stage at Comedy Mothership

Welcome to the Little Boy Stage at Comedy Mothership, an intimate cabaret-style comedy space housed in the historic Ritz Theater building on downtown Austin’s Sixth Street. With around 100 seats, this smaller room offers up-close, personal performances from top stand-up talents and ongoing Comedy Mothership showcases. The venue emphasizes a phone-free experience using Yondr bags, so you can focus on the laughter and the moment. Whether you’re a local or visiting Austin for a night out, we’ve got you covered with practical parking, transit options, and nearby lodging and dining choices to plan a seamless evening.

Note on seating: Little Boy features general admission seating and Booth seating. Seating begins roughly 30 minutes before showtime, and all GA and Booth seating is first-come, first-served. Booth seating provides a more intimate, table-side experience within the cabaret setup.

Comedy Mothership—renowned for Kill Tony, Joe Rogan and Friends, and regular showcases—continues the theater’s legacy in a modern comedy environment. The Ritz Theater, opened in 1929 and now home to this vibrant venue, combines historic charm with contemporary comedy programming.
