Lookout Lounge is a private event space perched on the 22nd floor of Smith Tower, offering sweeping views from the Lookout Deck. While the public Lookout space is seasonally closed, Lookout remains a versatile private venue ideal for corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and exclusive rooftop-style events in the heart of Seattle’s Pioneer Square.

Capacity is versatile: indoor space accommodates up to 65 for private events, and when combined with the Lookout Deck, the venue can host up to 125 guests. Within the indoor area, seating arrangements include 16 at rounds, 25 in classroom style, 36 in theatre layout, and 16 in conference setup. The Lookout Deck supports outdoor reception-style experiences with a separate capacity of up to 50.

Situated at 506 Second Avenue, Lookout Lounge offers a central Seattle location with easy access to hotels, dining, and transit.
