About Los Angeles State Historic Park
Los Angeles State Historic Park (LASHP) is a 32-acre outdoor venue in downtown Los Angeles, adjacent to Chinatown. Known historically as 'the Cornfield,' LASHP has evolved from a rail yard into a vibrant public space that hosts major concerts and cultural events. The site features a central pavilion/plaza for event layouts set by promoters, with no fixed permanent seating chart. Capacities have varied with renovations, and recent figures place concert capacity around 25,000. Whether you’re catching a headline show or a festival, we’ve got you covered with practical details to help you secure your seats and plan your day.
Getting to LASHP is convenient for fans coming from different parts of the city. The park is near the Chinatown Gold Line station, about 1 mile from Union Station, making it accessible by transit. Parking is available nearby with official parking at the best available price per hour or the best available price per day; there isn’t dedicated onsite event parking, so plan for street parking and nearby lots. For overnight stays and dining, we’ve highlighted trusted hotel and restaurant partners to streamline your trip. If a date is RESCHEDULED from an original date, we’ll note it as RESCHEDULED from its original date. If a date is TBA, you’ll see Date to be announced.
