Manzanita Place is a full-service banquet and conference center operated by Chico Elks Lodge 423, located at 1705 Manzanita Ave in Chico, CA. The venue offers versatile spaces for gatherings, meetings, weddings, and community events with on-site parking and easy access to local lodging and dining. Whether you’re planning a large reception in the outdoor pavilion or a more intimate banquet in the partitionable hall, Manzanita Place has you covered with a straightforward, friendly booking process.

Seating is banquet-style, with an Outdoor Pavilion capable of seating up to 300 and a Banquet Hall that accommodates up to 650 (configurations can be adjusted by partitioning the hall into three smaller rooms). Although there isn’t a public seating chart, our team helps secure the right setup for your event.

Public transit options are nearby via Butte Regional Transit, including Route 7 (Bruce/Manzanita) and Route 4 (First/East) that stop on Manzanita Ave. On-site parking is plentiful, making day-of logistics simpler for hosts and attendees alike.
