Park View and Market View each bring distinct capacities and atmospheres. Market View accommodates ceremonies for up to 400, seated dinners for up to 300 with a DJ, 400 for cocktail-style events, 250 seated with a band, or 350 for cocktail with a band. Park View supports ceremonies up to 200, cocktail hour for up to 220, and outdoor spaces include a 80-person patio and Blake Street Patio up to 300 for events. A full buyout is available for larger groups—up to 450 seated or 700 standing with street closure options. For parking, you’ll find convenient access to City Market Parking Lot and three nearby decks within two blocks, plus street parking and Cobblestone streets with varying rates.
Transit options are robust: downtown GoRaleigh (R-Line) serves the area, and Raleigh Union Station is nearby for broader connections.
