Since its renovation and rebranding in 2016, it has hosted free monthly arts and culture events, festival-style gatherings, and grand re-openings. The space blends a nearly 800 sq ft covered stage with flexible audience configurations, including a dedicated seated area at the front and a larger standing/standing-room layout facing the parking lot when space allows. The venue can accommodate approximately 250 in standing configurations, 150–200 in a seated front area, and up to about 1,000 for larger events when the parking lot is repurposed as audience space. Parking is typically integrated into the event layout, with LED lighting and a reconfigurable setup to suit different shows.
