- Mercado San Agustín is the anchor public market of the Mercado District, located at 100 South Avenida del Convento, Tucson, AZ 85745.
- MSA Annex is an expansion at 267 South Avenida del Convento, Tucson, AZ 85745, housing additional shops, eateries, and a festival/event space connected to the Mercado District.
- The Bautista is the newest development planned for 2025 at 165 S. Linda Ave, intended to add residential/commercial space and a public plaza; construction is ongoing.
- MSA Annex features approximately 10,000–12,000 square feet of outdoor, flexible performance space suitable for live music and festivals.
- MSA Annex offers a dedicated 500-seat event space (seated) with capacity up to about 1,200 people (standing) for events.
