Located at Messeplatz 1, 8010 Graz (navigation address Fröhlichgasse 20, 8010 Graz), this versatile venue supports large-scale outdoor events in the Freiluftarena B and adjacent spaces, with seamless access to indoor facilities. Whether you’re hosting a trade show, concert, festival, or community event, Messe Graz Freigelande offers flexible configurations, expansive outdoor areas, and strong transportation links to make your event a success.

With a capacity of up to 35,000 standing guests and 10,000 seated in the outdoor trade fair park, plus 4,500 square meters of covered space associated with the outdoor area, you’ll have room to create a standout experience. We’ve got you covered with parking, transit options, and nearby hotel and dining recommendations to help guests plan a smooth visit.

Parking is available on-site at a dedicated Fröhlichgasse underground car park, with entrances at Fröhlichgasse 20 and 23. Additional public car parks are nearby for flexible access. Graz’s tram network (lines 4, 5, and 6) and bus line 66 provide reliable public transport to and from the venue, and Ostbahnhof offers regional rail connections for out-of-town guests. If you’re traveling from outside Graz, consider staying at a partner hotel such as Weitzer, Grand Hotel Wiesler, Hotel Daniel Graz, Hotel Gollner, or Best Western Plaza Hotel Graz for convenient access to the venue and a comfortable stay before or after events.
