Mezzanine Theatre is the second space within ART/NY Theatres, located at 502 W 53rd Street in Manhattan. With a capacity that ranges from 99 to 149 seats depending on configuration, this flexible performance space supports a variety of staging options—from proscenium and alley to thrust and arena setups. Since opening as part of ART/NY in 2017, it has hosted a diverse array of nonprofit productions, including notable company projects like Pan Asian Rep’s AI YAH GOY VEY! The Mezzanine continues to serve as a versatile home for contemporary theatre, dance, and experimental work, complementing the Jeffrey & Paula Gural Theatre on the same campus.
