With more than 305,000 square feet of exhibit space and on-site parking for over 6,000 vehicles, it’s designed to handle large-scale trade shows, concerts, and community events. The complex includes Halls A–C, the Event Center, and the Diamond Center, offering flexible configurations from intimate seminars to large exhibitions. The space is home to notable events like the Michigan State Fair and the annual Motor City Comic Con, drawing visitors from across Michigan and beyond. - Largest single meeting space: Event Center includes a 24,000 sq ft ballroom space; Diamond Ballroom is 20,460 sq ft and can be partitioned; overall venue capacity up to about 8,000 seated across spaces.
