The main club holds about 350 guests with a large ground-floor stage, the basement houses the SkyBar (roughly 100–150 capacity) and the Karatekeller (~80). The space is predominantly standing, offering an up-close concert experience with no fixed seating chart. Molotow is known for eclectic shows spanning indie, rock, and alternative genres, and it frequently features events during Reeperbahn Festival at the SkyBar.
