Murray Avenue, the museum blends indoor discovery with outdoor nature areas and a charming train ride for young explorers. Parking: Free parking is available on both sides of Murray Avenue. A south-side covered parking deck is available across the street from 8 am–6 pm. The site also offers four EV charging spaces for electric vehicles.
Transit: GoDurham bus service is convenient for visitors. Route 4 has stops near Roxboro Rd and Maynard Ave to reach the museum.
