About National Hockey Center

The Herb Brooks National Hockey Center (formerly the National Hockey Center) is the premier ice hockey arena on the south campus of St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Home to the St. Cloud State Huskies men’s and women’s NCAA hockey teams, the venue also hosts Saint John’s University hockey and USA Hockey development events. With two rinks—the main rink and an adjacent practice rink—the facility supports both high-level competition and training. A major upgrade is planned from March 2026 to Fall 2026, making this a forward-looking hub for hockey in central Minnesota.

Here’s everything you need to know to secure your tickets, plan your visit, and find comfortable nearby lodging and dining options.

Seating is arranged on two tiers along the rink sides, with accessible seating in sections 110, 117, and 119. Public seating charts are not published as a standalone map, but we’ve got you covered with practical seating details and tips to help you secure your seats. Parking is paid in the Husky Pay Lot on the east side and Lot K, with accessible parking in the South K Lot. Transit options include Metro Bus routes and event shuttle services.
