The venue is well-served by public transit, including a 5-minute walk to Osakajō-kōen Station (JR Osaka Loop Line) and Osaka-Business Park Station (Nagahori-tsurumiryokuchi Line), with additional access from Morinomiya and Kyōbashi stations (about a 15-minute walk). The venue has hosted notable events like NJPW Dominion, Beethoven's Ninth with a large chorus, Disney on Ice, and other major concerts. It is currently undergoing large-scale renovation with a scheduled temporary closure January 15–28, 2026, and ongoing updates for 2027.
