The Page Walker Arts and History Center is a historic, multi‑purpose arts facility on the Town Hall Campus in downtown Cary, North Carolina. Housed in a building originally opened as the Page‑Walker Hotel in 1868, the center now hosts galleries, classrooms, theater, and rental spaces for a wide range of programs and events. Note: The center’s elevator is temporarily out of service until February 15, 2026. Upper floors are accessible by stairs, while programs on the ground floor remain fully accessible.
