With a total capacity of 552 (468 in the orchestra and 84 in the pit), this venue provides excellent acoustics and sightlines for a focused audience experience. Note on venue history: The Recital Hall remains a core performance space within the PAC. The PepsiCo Theatre is another named space on campus, reflecting historic branding changes (the PepsiCo Theatre space was renamed in 1991 and renovated later). The PAC itself reopened in fall 2022 after renovations, continuing a tradition of presenting esteemed companies such as the Martha Graham Dance Company, Jazz at Lincoln Center programs, Westchester Philharmonic concerts, Mermaid Theatre family shows, and Purchase Opera productions. Parking is straightforward: the campus provides two main parking lots with about 800 spaces each, and PAC events do not charge parking fees for attendees. Access by car is via Anderson Hill Road. For public transit, take the Harlem/Metro-North to White Plains, then bus 12 (Anderson Hill Road) or a taxi to the campus. Bee-Line Route 12 also provides direct access to the PAC. Nearby hotels and dining options are plentiful in White Plains and surrounding towns, including familiar brands and boutique stays that pair well with a night of world-class performances.
