About Pit Pub

Welcome to Pit Pub, the on-campus student nightclub and event space located on the Lower Level of The Nest at the University of British Columbia. With a versatile 6,581 square foot footprint, Pit Pub can accommodate banquet-style setups for up to 180 guests or reception-style configurations for around 406 attendees. Whether you’re planning a private booking, a campus party, or a midweek gathering, we’ve got you covered with flexible space, reliable access, and support from a trusted partner network.

Pit Pub is a live, active venue known for Pit Night on Wednesdays, as well as a variety of on-campus and private events. Access is straightforward for attendees coming from Vancouver or the UBC campus, and we work to make ticketing and scheduling feel easy—like having a friend in the business.

Seating is configurable; there is no published seating chart, but our team can help design a layout for bans of tables, lounge areas, and open floor space. Parking is convenient with three nearby parkades within approximately a five-minute walk, typically around the best available price per hour.
