About PNC Arts Annex
PNC Arts Annex is a compact, flexible black box theatre located in the heart of downtown Dayton. With a 12,000 sq ft footprint and 199 seats (190 seats in some rental configurations), the Annex hosts a range of performances from the Community Spotlight Program to the Dayton Live Emerging Artists Series and the Dayton Dance Initiative’s CoLab II. Since its grand opening in 2018, the venue has remained a hub for intimate performances, creative collaborations, and local arts development.
