Following a multi-million dollar renovation completed in 2024, this venue—formerly the Radisson Hotel at the University of Toledo—now operates under the Delta Hotels by Marriott brand, offering modern amenities, flexible lighting, and comprehensive event services for weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

With approximately 13,219 sq ft of total event space across 11 rooms, you’ll find spaces that scale to fit your needs. The Grand Ballroom and Mahogany Ballroom are the largest areas, accommodating diverse layouts with capacities around 5,273–5,450 sq ft each. Salon A (1,800 sq ft) and Salon C (2,250 sq ft) provide additional configurations for theater-style, banquet-style, or classroom setups. Axis Restaurant & Bar on-site is ready to assist with catering and beverage needs, helping you create a memorable occasion without leaving the building.
