About Ray Winder Field

Ray Winder Field was a storied baseball stadium in Little Rock, Arkansas. Opened in 1932 as Travelers Field and renamed in 1966, it hosted the Little Rock Travelers and later the Arkansas Travelers before the site was redeveloped. Today, the original ballpark is no longer standing, but the history lives on in local lore and the surrounding redevelopment near UAMS and the Zoo.
