The Roger L. Stevens Center is UNCSA's primary performance venue in downtown Winston-Salem, a versatile space hosting performances by UNCSA, the Winston-Salem Symphony, and the Piedmont Opera. Opened in 1983 and named for renowned theatre producer Roger L. Stevens, it has long served as a cornerstone of the city’s cultural scene. As of now, the venue is undergoing Phase 1 of a comprehensive renovation with a Fall 2026 target for completion.
