Seating, Parking & Venue Information

  • Sea Island Golf Club consists of three 18-hole courses: Seaside, Plantation, and Retreat, all part of Sea Island’s golf offerings.
  • The RSM Classic is held at Sea Island Golf Club (Seaside and Plantation courses), with the 2025 edition scheduled for November 17–23, and spectator information including parking at St. Simons Airport.
  • Renaming/history: the original Island Club course was renamed Retreat, with major redesigns by Davis Love III and Mark Love; Retreat is one of the three current courses.
  • Notable events hosted at Sea Island include Walker Cup (2001 at Ocean Forest), Jones Cup Invitational (annual, hosted at Ocean Forest since 2001), and multiple USGA and LPGA invitational events.
  • On-site accommodations include The Cloister (100 Cloister Drive, Sea Island, GA 31561) and The Lodge (100 Retreat Avenue, St. Simons Island, GA 31522), with other Sea Island stays like The Inn and Sea Island Cottages nearby.
  • Seaside and Plantation serve as hosts for The RSM Classic; the Seaside course address is 100 Retreat Avenue, and Plantation shares the same mailing address for operations.
