Seldom Blues is an upscale jazz restaurant and supper club located inside Detroit's iconic Renaissance Center. Since opening in June 2004, the venue has offered an intimate listening room experience with a capacity of great seats seats, presenting live jazz and related performances in a refined setting. The space has earned recognition, including a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and local accolades, and has hosted high-profile events over the years. Note: the space that housed Seldom Blues reimagined as Joe Muer Seafood in 2011, but Seldom Blues remains a notable part of Detroit’s music and dining scene history.
