Note: Simard Payne Park was formerly Railroad Park and was renamed in 2007 to honor law enforcement memorials. Ongoing upgrades and the Riverfront Island Master Plan announced in 2025 envision a future pavilion and upgraded amphitheater, with final concepts anticipated in early 2026. For now, events proceed with flexible seating and community energy.
