- Address and branding: Beacon Grand, formerly the Sir Francis Drake Hotel, located at 450 Powell St, San Francisco, CA 94102. The hotel reopened under the Beacon Grand name in 2022 after a renovation and ownership change.
- Hotel details: 416-room historic hotel with 17,000 sq ft of meeting space as of the Beacon Grand configuration.
- Event spaces and capacities (as of the Beacon Grand site): Grand Ballroom (3,081 sq ft) up to 322 theater/classroom seats and about 300 for reception; Beacon Hall (1,768 sq ft) up to 200 theater and 150 classroom; The Salon (432 sq ft) up to 80; Starlite (rooftop venue) up to 222 max capacity; Starlite is on the 21st floor and the space is marketed for private events.
- Parking: On-site valet parking only, $72+ tax per day with in/out privileges; hotel provides loading zone in front at 450 Powell Street.
- Transit: Located on Powell Street with the Powell-Mason cable car line stopping at the hotel; nearby MUNI/BART access is available in the Union Square area.
