With 3,000 acres of terrain, 104 trails, and a vertical drop of 2,959 feet, Snowbasin offers a dramatic backdrop for any occasion. The resort features 13 lifts, including a 15-person tram, ensuring smooth access for guests and speakers. Practical details matter: Snowbasin provides free parking in five lots (Earl’s, Maples, Canyon Rim, Wildcat, Green Pond) with ADA parking available in Terrace A. On weekends, carpool lanes help ease arrival times, and UTA Ski Bus routes 675 and 677 offer convenient public transit; season passes even include a free bus pass. For guests driving in from out of town, there are multiple Park & Ride options nearby.

While Salt Lake City is roughly 40 miles away, it offers a broad range of accommodations, including recommended partners such as Grand America and Little America for upscale stays. When planning multi-day events, Snowbasin’s indoor spaces can accommodate up to 300 seated for ceremonies or receptions, with a total indoor meeting capacity around 300 and overall venue occupancy up to 500 for weddings.

Note: Seating charts aren’t published publicly, but we’ll coordinate with Snowbasin’s venue team to secure the right setup for ceremonies (indoor seating up to 200), cocktail receptions (standing up to 300), and receptions (seated up to 300).
