Sportsman's Park sits at the northwest corner of Grand Boulevard and Dodier Street in St. Louis, a historic multi-use baseball venue that hosted the Browns and Cardinals, plus NFL games in certain years. Opened in 1902 and renamed Busch Stadium (Busch Stadium I) in 1953, the site gained fame for All-Star Games in 1940 and 1948 and World Series games in 1926, 1928, and 1944. Though the park itself was demolished in 1966, the legacy remains a cornerstone of St. Louis baseball history.
