Welcome to Story Parlor - NC, a cooperative narrative-arts space and listening room tucked in the heart of Asheville. With a max capacity of 49 attendees, the space offers a flexible layout across a 1,050 sq ft main room and a 350 sq ft loft, designed to create intimate, focused listening experiences. Since rebranding in 2022, Story Parlor has hosted a diverse lineup—from What’s in the Box? comedy and improv to ALL ARTS OPEN MIC, Romancing the Muse: Sunday Edition, and evocative storytelling nights. In 2025, we’re excited to expand downtown with the Battery Park Book Exchange & Champagne Bar takeover, broadening our community-rooted mission.
